TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
1. PURPOSE
These Terms and Conditions of Sale (“T&Cs”) define the contractual terms applicable between the association La Lune Rose (hereinafter referred to as “the Association”) and any individual booking a fasting and hiking retreat (hereinafter referred to as “the Participant”). These T&Cs apply to any order or booking of services (hereinafter “the Retreats”) made by the Participant with the Association.
2. BOOKING PROCEDURE
Retreats can be booked by phone, email, or via the Association’s website. A booking is subject to the availability of the selected dates and is only considered final after receipt of the completed registration form and payment of a €180 deposit or full payment, according to the instructions provided by the Association.
3. PRICES AND PAYMENT TERMS
Prices are listed in euros. The deposit is to be paid to the Association and covers guidance and facilitation. The remaining balance, due at the beginning of the Retreat, covers accommodation costs and must be paid directly to SARL Le Clos de la Duchesse.
Accepted payment methods are communicated at the time of booking. In case of personal changes to the initial program (such as switching to a juice cleanse or a mono-diet), a fixed supplement of €80 will be charged.
4. CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
4.1. Cancellation by the Participant:
Cancellations made more than 30 days before the Retreat start date are eligible for a postponement or refund. After this deadline, the deposit is non-refundable. Any Retreat already started is due in full, regardless of the reason for early departure.
4.2. Cancellation by the Association:
If the Association cancels the Retreat, all amounts paid will be refunded. An alternative may be offered when possible.
4.3. Cancellation Procedure:
All cancellations must be submitted in writing (email or post), including the Participant’s contact information and booking references. The date of receipt will be used to calculate any fees. Participants are advised to take out personal cancellation insurance to cover withdrawal risks.
4.4. Early departure or late arrival, for any reason, does not exempt the Participant from paying the full price of the Retreat.
5. LIABILITY IN CASE OF LOSS, THEFT, OR DAMAGE TO PROPERTY
The Association declines all responsibility in case of loss, theft, or damage to the Participant’s personal belongings during the Retreat.
6. ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE CONDITIONS
Arrivals are welcome from 5 p.m. on Saturdays. Early arrivals may be arranged subject to availability. Departure is scheduled for 1 p.m., following the post-fast refeeding meal.
7. PROGRAM CHANGES
The Association reserves the right to modify the activities offered in case of adverse weather conditions or force majeure. Any changes will be communicated to Participants in advance along with alternative options.
9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All documents, materials, content, and information provided as part of the Retreats remain the exclusive property of the Association. Any reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is prohibited without prior written consent.
10. DATA PRIVACY
Personal data collected during registration is used for administrative and internal purposes only. No personal data will be shared with third parties without the Participant’s prior consent, unless required for the execution of the Retreat.
