Morning Rituals​​

To support and enhance the body's natural elimination and detoxification processes, we will invite you to try various techniques such as tongue scraping, Gandush (an Ayurvedic ritual for oral hygiene), or the neti pot (nasal cleansing), followed by the traditional ginger-lemon infusion.

A fresh organic fruit and vegetable juice made with a cold-press juicer will be shared each day, with a different combination daily.

We will also share the herbal tea of the day. Each day corresponds to a specific stage of the fasting process. The herbal teas are carefully selected to provide the support your body needs at each of these stages. All teas come from a local and organic herbalist.

We will begin each morning with gentle muscle awakening.

Departure for Hiking​

We guide you on beautiful hikes to discover the local wildlife, flora, and history of the region.
The walks last approximately 3 hours, during which we take frequent breaks to rest and stay hydrated.

Relaxation - A la carte Treatment​

Treat yourself to a moment to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and simply listen inward.

Let yourself be carried by the tranquility of the place: relax, read a book in your room, enjoy a board game, or settle peacefully by the pool. If you wish, it's also a great opportunity to visit the Château des Ducs de Duras.

Optional individual treatments are also available by reservation, to support your deep rejuvenation.

Restorative Yoga and meditation​

Yin Yoga is a gentle and meditative practice, inspired by traditional yoga and Taoist philosophy, and is accessible to everyone.
By slowing down the pace, it invites stillness, introspection, and deep listening to the body.
Postures are held for several minutes without effort, working deeply into the connective tissues, promoting flexibility, release, and the flow of energy.
It is a moment to settle, let go of tension, and reconnect with what truly matters — in all simplicity.

Broth

A warm and convivial moment par excellence, where everyone shares about their day.

The vegetables — carefully selected for their quality (organic, seasonal, and grown by a local farmer) — are slowly simmered over low heat.
This gentle cooking method preserves their delicate flavors and releases their essential minerals, resulting in a broth that is both nourishing and deeply restorative.

Discovery Workshops and Evening Talks

Every evening, a different activity will be offered — bringing joy, discovery, and delightful surprises to end the day on a beautiful note.

7-day, 6-night retreat
From Saturday at 5:00 PM to Friday at 1:00 PM, after the refeeding meal.

The retreats offered by La Lune Rose are designed for healthy adults and last one week. Fasting is combined with daily physical activity in the form of easy hikes, which are essential for oxygenating the body and enhancing the beneficial effects of fasting.
