Claire
As a clinical psychologist, I have always been fascinated by the way our emotions, our stories, and our habits shape our relationship with the world. Over time, I enriched this foundation with different personal development approaches—NLP, the Enneagram, Spiral Dynamics, and mindfulness meditation—which today give me a wide range of tools to support each person with nuance and respect for their individual pace.
The body has also always been central in my life. As the daughter of a dance teacher, I practiced dance at a high level, learning very early on the awareness of movement, breath, and alignment. This intimate and sensitive relationship with the body naturally continued through the practice and teaching of yoga, where balance, fluidity, and deep self-listening are at the heart of the experience.
Finally, my passion for cooking has accompanied my journey for as long as I can remember. Curious and fond of good food—since my famous yeast-free walnut bread at the age of five—I trained in pastry making, then in plant-based and living cuisine, and later in Ayurvedic cooking, where food becomes energy, care, and harmony.
This threefold foundation—psyche, body, and nutrition—now lies at the heart of the way I guide others. Fasting sits precisely at the meeting point of these dimensions: it speaks to a body that regenerates, a mind that settles, and a renewed relationship with food.
This is why this path felt so natural to me: it brings together what I love, what I know, and what I wish to share—a holistic, deeply human approach that respects each individual. With this vision in mind, I trained with the Francophone Federation of Fasting and Hiking (FFJR).
Supporting people during a fast is far more than simply pausing food intake. It is about offering a space where eating habits can be questioned, and where one can gently observe what unfolds within, with care and support. It reconnects us with the creativity and sensitivity of taste and of the living world, with emotional awareness and understanding, and with a refined knowledge of the body’s natural rhythms.
I share my life with my wonderful husband, our three grown children, and our Labrador, Albin. Originally from Paris, life has led us to live in Algiers, Istanbul, Dubai, and Boston. Today, I live between France and the United States.
I also have many other passions (quite a few!) that I would be delighted to share with you.

Babette
For nearly forty years, Babette has explored bodily and sensory practices, moving from dance to the vibrational approaches of sound. Her journey led her to discover the power of vibrations—through Tibetan bowls, crystal bowls, and gongs—as tools for transformation and healing.
Within the context of a fasting retreat, this practice takes on its full meaning: as the body regenerates and the mind becomes calmer through fasting, vibrational work acts as a complementary support. It encourages relaxation, helps participants move through emotional phases, strengthens mental clarity, and amplifies the experience of purification and inner transformation.
In this way, her unique path—shaped by dance, teaching, and sound therapy—naturally integrates into the holistic support offered during a fasting retreat: an invitation to align body, mind, and soul to the rhythm of sound and silence.

Agnès
Agnes is an experienced naturopath based in Duras.
She offers consultations in naturopathy, iridology, and therapeutic hypnosis.
Her wellness massages—Ayurvedic or lymphatic drainage—provide valuable support during fasting: they promote deep relaxation, relieve tension, and stimulate circulation, making the body’s detoxification process more comfortable.
Agnès’s guidance enriches each stage of the fasting experience, bringing grounding, comfort, and serenity.

Christine
Christine, a physical education teacher passionate for over 30 years about the “sensitive body,” teaches Eutony, Kinomichi, and also offers reflexology sessions and holistic massage.
Holistic massage with a Eutony approach is a gentle, mindful practice that aims to harmonize body and mind. Eutony, developed by Gerda Alexander, emphasizes body awareness, attention to grounding, breathing, and the quality of muscular tone.
It helps the body move through detoxification phases by dissolving tension and supporting circulation. It promotes regulation of the nervous system, bringing calm, a sense of safety, and better sleep. By refining body awareness, it supports the faster in listening more subtly to their body’s needs, deepening the inward experience that is central to fasting. Finally, it creates a sense of unity and vitality, supporting the overall transformation taking place during the fasting retreat.

Alice
Alice is a state-certified psychomotor therapist and body-oriented therapist who has been passionate about massage and caring for others since childhood. A practitioner of Sensitive Gestalt Massage®, she introduces you to this gentle and profound bodywork approach, which combines the art of conscious touch with attentive listening to the person as a whole.
Within the context of a fasting retreat, Sensitive Gestalt Massage® finds its full place: As the body enters a detoxification process, tensions or suppressed emotions may arise and can be released more easily through conscious touch. The slow, deep movements soothe the nervous system, promote better sleep, and support cellular regeneration. This practice helps participants move through moments of fatigue or emotional vulnerability that can accompany fasting, offering grounding, gentleness, and comfort. Finally, it strengthens the connection to oneself and supports the introspective and spiritual dimension of fasting by inviting a subtle listening to the body.

Fanny
Fanny offers very gentle yoga sessions designed for people who are fasting. Her approach focuses on breath, slow movements, and deep body awareness, allowing each participant to move at their own pace.
Her path was deeply shaped in 2006 when she met the Zen master Thich Nhat Hanh, and discovered Energy Yoga—two influences that still inspire her teaching today.
Certified as a yoga teacher with EFYSO, she continued her training with AYESO and advanced yoga courses.
During a fast, gentle yoga helps relax the nervous system, support circulation, and maintain a mindful connection with the body. Fanny’s sessions provide a moment of calm and grounding, softly supporting the inner process of fasting.

Marie-Jo
MarieJo grew up in a rural environment close to nature, shaped by a love of landscapes, the writings of Jean Giono, and early plant gathering along streams. An agronomist specializing in botany, she settled on a farm that she gradually converted to organic agriculture. Discovering the richness of wild flora led her to create a botanical trail and to share traditional plant knowledge.
Over the years, her passion deepened through encounters with herbalists, travels, and inspiring readings. For her, wild plants are teachers of resilience and humility—especially valuable in times of ecological change.
Today, she shares this enthusiasm through sensory walks, workshops, and immersive experiences that invite people to awaken their senses and rediscover the simple joy of connecting with plants.
During a fasting retreat, her approach becomes a natural complement:
Wild plants foster reconnection with nature at a moment when the body regenerates and the mind becomes lighter.
Sensory awakening—seeing, touching, smelling—enriches the inner experience of fasting and nurtures gratitude toward the living world.
